Using up-to-date Psychotherapy, Coaching, and Hypnotherapy techniques, we partner with you to reduce the negative self-talk, correct the unhelpful thinking habits, and support you as you improve.

Stress Reduction

Stress has been documented as common reason individuals to seek medical attention. We offer mindfulness training, self-hypnosis training, as well as hypnotherapy to get you centered and out of your head. It is our philosophy that constant negative thinking loops (Rumination) are a direct cause of anxiety. Consequently, we teach you how to control negative thoughts and reduce stress.
